Important: The “Join Discord / Claim Access” button is inside the WHOP app under your purchase. If you’re clicking from a browser link, you’re in the wrong place.
Path #2 & #3: I don’t have Discord (or I don’t want it)
No problem. Your membership benefits are active without Discord. Use the links below. If something looks locked, you’re likely not logged into the same WordPress account tied to your purchase.

These are the exact issues causing 90% of Discord access failures.
“WHOP says Discord needs a verified email or phone — what do I do?”
Discord requires verification before you can join many servers. Open the Discord app → User Settings → verify your email (or add/verify a phone number). Then return to WHOP and tap Join Discord / Claim Access again.
“I joined Discord but I can’t see anything.”
That’s usually a role sync issue. First, confirm you claimed access via WHOP (not a random invite). If you did, wait a few minutes and re-open Discord. If it’s still empty, use the support link and include your Discord username.
“Do I lose benefits if I never join Discord?”
No. Discord is optional. Your membership benefits are accessed via your member pages and your account role. Use the links in the “Access your benefits” section above.
“I’m paid, but the benefits pages look locked.”
Most commonly you’re logged into the wrong WordPress account email. Log out, then log back in using the same email used in WHOP. If you still can’t access, support can verify your account and role.
